The EYFS Curriculum
Children in Reception follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. It is divided into 7 areas of learning and children are assessed against these:
- Personal, Social and Emotional Development
- Communication and Language
- Physical Development
- Literacy
- Mathematics
- Understanding the World
- Expressive Arts and Design
These are our Curriculum goals for all children with the Early and support the development of our curriculum.

We use the online platform Tapestry to record the chidlren’s learning and development and each parent has their own unique log in details.
We are guided by the Department for Education Statutory Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework.
